The Coldest Night of the Year is operated by Blue Sea Philanthropy, (BSP), a registered Canadian charity.

Coldest Night of the YearBlue Sea Philanthropy's mission is to help Canadian charities thrive financially. We do this by operating successful events like the Coldest Night of the Year and Ride for Refuge that help charities raise tens of thousands of dollars for their individual causes annually.
