Between 6:00 and 8:00 pm a warm, light meal will be served to all walkers and volunteers.
Registration opens at 4:00 pm. All walkers must check-in and sign a waiver form before participating.

Note: Walkers who raise $150 (adults) or $75 (youth aged 13-17) do NOT have to pay the $25 registration fee.
Route Options include:
2 km walk
10 km walk
Rest stops will be available on all routes.
Maps will be available at the Welcome Desk. All routes will be well signed.
Route marshalls, rest stop attendants, and sweep vehicle drivers will be available for support along the route.
All riders 12 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
Come prepared while keeping an eye on the expected weather.
We provide emergency shelter for 350 individuals up to 365 days a year. This amounts to 8400 opportunities to help someone in need. Housing, mental health, addiction and educational services are provided along with support for homeless men and women and those at risk of homelessness.
Your donations help us to provide nutritional support for shelter guests.
At Why Not, we are in the business of changing lives.
Youth homelessness and poverty are brutal, and youth experiencing either or both of these things need all the help they can get! Even though Why Not is not a shelter and doesn't have beds, we function like the living room for youth in our community -- a safe, homey place where they can relax, recharge, and refocus.
When you walk on Coldest Night of the Year, you will support the youth in our community who need help the most. Your commitment will not only lead to empowering high risk young people, but will also create opportunities for them to regain their footing and get back on track so they can stay away from lives of drugs and crime and get back toward health, wellness, and productive lives.
