It's cold out there. The Coldest Night of the Year is a covid-safe, family-friendly walk to raise money for charities serving people experiencing homelessness, hurt, and hunger. Walk with us virtually on February 20, 2021 – there’s a place for everyone!

About Comox Valley Transition Society

The Comox Valley Transition Society and Dawn to Dawn are getting ready to host the 6th annual Coldest Night of the Year, a covid-safe, virtual walk to end homelessness.

CVTS offers outreach and support to individuals and families who are presently or are at risk of becoming homeless; we operate 23 units of provincially subsidized housing and administer rental supplements to make housing more affordable for women, children and families who are tenants of those units; and, we operate the Connect Warming Centre, a safe, welcoming place for vulnerable individuals who are experiencing or at risk of becoming homeless.

Last year our community came out by the 100's and raised more than $100,000 . Please join us in 2021 as we strive to raise $121,000 to help families and individuals who are experiencing or facing homelessness in the Comox Valley. From February 12-21, 2021, we will be walking apart, but we will all be working together.

About Dawn to Dawn

Dawn to Dawn utilizes a scattered housing - Housing First Model to house folks who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.

Last year our community came out by the 100's and raised more than $100,000. This year we will host a Social DIstanced event in Feburary culminating on Feb 20th .

Please join us this year as we aim to raise $121,000 to help families and individuals in the Comox Valley facing homelessness.

We need your help more than ever ! As Dr Henry says " Be Kind, Be Calm, Be Safe"! Lets walk apart to act together!
